For the content of this semester’s Jubilee Week we have chosen to cover the Christian book “A God Who Hides Himself” which is based on the passage from Isaiah 45. Many times we may wonder where God is in our lives, but we should consider the book of Esther in which the name of God isn’t mentioned not even once but that doesn’t mean his care isn’t there. All this means is that we must go deeper to be able to sense His quiet voice. Such is the experience Elijah had in 1 Kings 19 when He heard the voice of God in a gentle, quiet way. We should also remember what the Word tells us in Hebrews 11:6 that our God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Campus Christians is a student group composed of believers in Christ from various backgrounds, and we stand absolutely for the faith common to all Christians. We love the Lord Jesus Christ, endeavor to give Him “the first place in all things” (Col. 1:18), and have the utmost respect for His Word. We meet simply as Christians without any denominational affiliation because we treasure the testimony of the oneness of the Body of Christ, and our desire is to cooperate with Him for the accomplishment of God’s eternal purpose (Eph. 3:11) by ministering the unsearchable riches of Christ (Eph. 3:18) for the building up of the Body of Christ (Eph. 4:12).
