Welcome to a new semester at Cypress Campus Christians!

This semester we are covering the Crucial Points of Truth in the Book of Ephesians. To prepare for this bible study, we encourage you all to continually read the epistle to the Ephesians (6 chapters!!!) through out the semester. A helpful commentary can be found at Radio broadcasts of the Life-study of the Bible with Witness Lee.

In the 1st Bible study, we covered: The Spiritual Blessings to the Church. In eternity past God the Father chose us before the foundation of the world to be holy and predestinated us to be His sons (Ephesians 1:4-5). We are being made holy only by God imparting Himself as the Holy One, into us so that our whole being may be permeated and saturated with His holy nature.

For us, God’s chosen ones, to be holy is to partake of His divine nature (2 Peter 1:4) and to have our whole being permeated with God Himself. But because of man’s fall redemption (Ephesians 1:7) through Jesus Christ was needed to carry out God’s purpose which issues in Christ heading up (Ephesians 1:21) all things even in our personal universe.

Through our cooperation with the Holy Spirit’s sanctifying work in our daily living on one hand marking (Ephesians 1:13) us out as those who belong to God and on the other hand we get a foretaste of God as our inheritance (Ephesians 1:14).
