General Subject: The Crucial Points of the Truth in Galatians (2)
Title: The Revelation of God’s Son in Us

God’s heart’s desire is to reveal His Son in us that we may know Him, receive Him as our life (John 17:3; 3:16), and become the sons of God (John 1:12; Gal. 4:5-6). As the Son of the living God (Matt. 16:16), He is far superior to the law and traditions (vv. 13-14).

Gal. 1:15-16 But when it pleased God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace, to reveal His Son in me that I might announce Him as the gospel among the Gentiles, immediately I did not confer with flesh and blood.

John 17:3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Him whom You have sent, Jesus Christ.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that everyone who believes into Him would not perish, but would have eternal life.

2 Cor. 3:16 But whenever their heart turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way and the reality and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me.

Here are some study questions:
1. What is the desire of God’s heart (Matt. 17:5)?
2. What does it mean that every concept is a veil?
3. Give some examples of turning your heart to the Lord.
